1. Nature of delivery
Megas Moves is delivered digitally through the website, Android app, account pages, API services, app downloads, closed testing access, and related cloud/backend features. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Website purchases
After successful website payment and verification, Megas Moves Ultra access is normally activated for the account email used to sign in. In most cases activation is near-instant. If payment succeeds but access does not appear, contact contact@megasmoves.io with the payment reference.
3. App and closed testing delivery
Android access may be delivered through Google Play testing tracks, direct APK downloads, or app update metadata on megasmoves.io. Access may depend on the correct account email, app version, Google Play account, tester eligibility, Play Integrity status, or backend entitlement sync.
4. Delays and failed delivery
Delivery may be delayed by payment processor review, failed payment verification, incorrect account email, Google Play review delays, cloud incidents, security checks, or temporary service outages. We will use reasonable efforts to resolve verified paid-access delivery issues.
