1. Digital access position
Megas Moves primarily provides digital software access, account features, app features, cloud sync, and electronically delivered services. Payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, the subscription period has started, or digital service capacity has been allocated, except where required by applicable law or approved under this policy.
2. Refunds we may approve
- Duplicate billing for the same account and billing period.
- Successful payment where Megas Moves Ultra access was not delivered after reasonable verification.
- A verified technical malfunction under our control that materially prevents use of the paid service.
- An incorrect charge or unauthorised transaction supported by payment records.
- Another issue that Megas Moves reasonably determines warrants adjustment.
3. Refunds usually not available
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Partial use followed by cancellation.
- Dissatisfaction where the service was delivered as described.
- Loss of access caused by violation of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Issues caused by unsupported devices, local network problems, unavailable third-party accounts, or user environment misconfiguration.
4. Google Play purchases
Purchases or subscriptions made through Google Play are normally managed through Google Play billing and refund flows. You may request help from Megas Moves, but Google may control the refund method and timeline for Play-billed transactions.
5. How to request a refund
Email contact@megasmoves.io with your account email, payment reference, purchase date, amount, payment method, and a short explanation. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days where reasonably possible. Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method, subject to payment processor and bank timelines.
