Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how users can cancel Megas Moves Ultra access and how cancellation affects future billing and current access.

1. Cancelling website-billed access
If you purchased Megas Moves Ultra on the website, you can request cancellation from Billing or by emailing contact@megasmoves.io from the account email used for purchase.
2. Cancelling Google Play subscriptions
If you purchased through Google Play, cancellation must be completed through Google Play subscription management. Your app settings or account page may link to Google Play subscriptions, but Google controls Play-billed subscription cancellation and renewal handling.
3. Effect of cancellation
- Cancellation stops future renewal where recurring billing is active.
- Current paid access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the plan, checkout, or law states otherwise.
- Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for past charges.
- Feature access may downgrade to the free tier after the paid period ends.
4. Recurring payment controls
Where recurring digital payment mandates are used in India, the payment ecosystem may require mandate registration, pre-debit notices, post-debit confirmations, and user controls to cancel or manage mandates through the bank, payment app, card issuer, Google Play, Razorpay, or other processor. Megas Moves will not intentionally prevent users from cancelling future recurring charges.
5. Cancellation support timeline
We aim to acknowledge cancellation-related support requests within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days where reasonably possible. Urgent payment access issues should include the account email, payment reference, purchase date, and a short description.
